Prof. Masami Okamoto from the Toyota Technological Institute in Nagoya will come to the Wrocław University of Technology. The world-famous Japanese chemist is named among the Nobel Prize candidates. He will visit a Wrocław University as part of the Visiting Professors program.

Professor Okamoto will give series of specialist lectures on “Nanocomposites for Application in Tissue Engineering” (March 19-23) and will be a guest of the open Interdisciplinary Scientific Seminar (March 20).

The Japanese guest’s scientific interests include: obtaining biocomposites and polymer nanocomposites, bone tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, cancer cell metastases and cancer stem cells.
