Researcher from the Medical University of Wrocław becomes the most influential woman in health care

Dr Agnieszka Mastalerz-Migas, Professor at the Medical University of Wrocław, has been named the most influential woman in health care. Head of the university’s Department of Family Medicine, national consultant in family medicine and president of the Board of the Polish Society of Family Medicine took first place in the nationwide “Woman of the Health Market” poll.

The ‘Woman of the Health Market’ competition was held for the first time. The jury, which included representatives of the editors of the trade publication “Health Market”, received several hundred applications, from which it selected the 50 most influential women in health care, and then the final ten. 

The winners of the “Woman of the Health Market” competition included, among others, female doctors, nurses, directors, journalists, MPs, lawyers, and managers who have a real impact on shaping the health sector in Poland.
