Researcher of the University of Wrocław becomes head expert for the reform of the Commercial Companies Code

Dr Marek Leśniak, head of the Department of Economic and Commercial Law at the University of Wrocław, became the chairman of the expert team for the use of new technologies in commercial law, which will operate within the Committee for the Ownership Supervision Reform of the Ministry of State Assets.

The appointment of the Team is a continuation of work on the reform of the Commercial Companies Code. The main task of the reform is to adapt the code to the current economic realities in Poland, so as to facilitate the functioning of over 440,000 capital companies in Poland.

– The introduction of changes related to new technologies to the Commercial Companies Code is primarily aimed at improving the functioning of the Polish economy and increasing the safety of trading – says Dr Marek Leśniak.
