Researchers from the Silesian Medical University are collaborating with a team of psychiatrists from the Spanish Hospital Universitari Santa Maria de Lérida. The collaboration is expected to result in three innovative scientific projects in the field of mental health sciences, reports the Silesian university.

The study, led by Dr Pawel Debski, M.D., is a continuation of an internationally recognised project on COVID-19 conspiracy thinking and its psychopathological consequences. This time, the researchers will compare the tendency towards conspiracy thinking in Poland and Spain.

Dr Magdalena Piegza, M.D., is chairing a Polish-Spanish project on Type D personality and its relationship to the mental state of Poles and Spaniards, and a scientific study conducted under the direction of dr.
