A Social Competence Center will be launched at the State Higher Vocational School in Elbląg (PWSZ). The aim of the project is to adjust the conditions of vocational and higher education to the needs of the labor market. The total value of the project is over PLN 19 million, over PLN 16 million is co-financed by the European Union.
– The Center built in Elbląg by our university will serve for Elbląg community. This is our mission, we want to promote education, new technologies and develop an interest in technical science among young people – says the rector of PWSZ in Elbląg, Dr Eng. Jarosław Niedojadło.
The project is implemented under the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 9 – “Access to high-quality public services”, Measure 9.3 – “Investments in education, skills and lifelong learning through the development of educational infrastructure and training”, Sub-measure 9.3.2 -“ Educational infrastructure of universities”.
