15.10.2021

On October 12, 2021, the 3rd Polish-British Scientific Forum was held in Warsaw. The main theme of the event is “Science Helps Fight Climate Change”. Włodzimierz Bernacki, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Education and Science (MEiN) took part in the forum.

The process of modernization in Great Britain and throughout Europe has left its mark on the social, political and economic as well as technological space and on the landscape of both Great Britain and Europe. Scientific discoveries contributed significantly to the acceleration of technological development. The relationship between scientific discovery, its use in the economic space, and the European stigma is a collective responsibility – said Włodzimierz Bernacki.

The Science Forum was jointly organized by the British Embassy in Warsaw, the UK Science & Innovation Network, the British Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy and the Ministry of Education and Science.
