West Pomeranian University of Technology to launch a modern research unit

A Center for Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Process Engineering will be established at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. It will include 8 new laboratories equipped with 18 modern apparatus and 67 elements of research infrastructure. The cost of the entire project is PLN 61.5 million.

The center will be equipped with the most modern research infrastructure, offering open access to microscopic, spectroscopic and analytical techniques in the field of scientific research, research and development and investment related to the field of engineering and technical sciences, especially materials science and chemical engineering.

The tasks of the Center will include scientific support for research, research and development and implementation projects, cooperation with entrepreneurs implementing projects or applying for funding from external funds, commercialization and internationalization of projects, services and products.
