Practical aspects of the implementation of the new Act on Science and Higher Education, including change of universities management, will be the topic of the fourth Conference for the leaders of the university management LUMEN 2018, which will be held on November 27, 2018 in Warsaw.

The conference is supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Polish Rectors Foundation, the Main Council of Science and Higher Education, the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland, the Polish Accreditation Committee, and the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.

The organizers proposed two themes: Strategic Management, which will be a debate on practical aspects of the implementation of the Act and will take place with the participation of eminent academic representatives and IT Management addressed to people involved in computerization of universities – IT directors, administrators, system users, rectors and vice-rectors for informatization.
