University Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań received almost PLN 1 million for he project “Strategic dimensions of functioning of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań as a research university” realized within the competition “Strategy of Excellence – University of Research” organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

– The awarded funds will allow us to receive expert opinions and analyses that are to help the university in working out useful solutions in order to apply for the status of a research university next year – says prof. Ryszard Naskręcki, Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation.

Within the ministerial program, universities can obtain funds to support research and analyses aimed at developing the objectives and assumptions of a long-term development plan for a research university.
