26.11.2018

On 5 December 2018, the international call JPI AMR (Joint Programming Initiative on Antimicrobial Resistance) will be launched. It is dedicated to antibiotic resistance.

The call is to bring international research projects focused on the development of tools, technologies and methods of diagnostics that allow detection of antimicrobial resistance.

Financial support will be provided to research projects that may impact areas, where the risk of antibiotic resistance is most serious, such as low- and middle-income countries in Africa and Asia.

The budget for the competition is EUR 20 million, including EUR 500 thousand allocated by the Council of the National Science Center to fund the participation of Polish researchers.
