Koszalin University of Technology to cooperate with the Military Armaments Plant in Grudziądz

Koszalin University of Technology has signed a cooperation agreement with Military Armaments Plant in Grudziądz (WZU). The agreement covers the implementation of apprenticeships by students of the mechanical faculty, faculty of electronics and computer science and the faculty of economic sciences.

The University of Technology has already signed over 150 contracts for internships with various organizations. The WZU is the first company from the armaments industry in this group. The signatories of the agreement do not exclude that they will establish a second branch of the Koszalin University of Technology in Grudziądz, based on cooperation with the plant.

Operating since 1960, the WZU is a modern defense industry company that realizes orders for the Polish army and foreign partners. It operates on the international armaments market with a specialization in missile defense technology. The company deals with the modernization of missile weapons and the renovation of anti-aircraft missile sets.
