Kraków and Lublin universities to suspend classes

In connection with the recommendations on preventing the spread of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, the authorities of the AGH University of Science and Technology decided to suspend all teaching activities from March 11, 2020 to March 24, 2020 inclusive.

From March 10 until further notice will be suspended: lectures and university-wide events at the Jagiellonian University (UJ). In addition, the rector of the Jagiellonian University Prof. Wojciech Nowak decided to suspend the accommodation of new people in dorms and closed the university museums.

The Medical University of Lublin also cancelled classes. They will be available in electronic form. At the same time, students’ access to clinical classes requiring personal protective equipment in operating theaters was limited.

Also the largest university in the eastern part of Poland – the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin suspended all classes until April 15.
