New authorities of the Young Scientists’ Council

Dr Eng. Michał Niezabitowski from the Silesian University of Technology was elected the president of the Young Scientists’ Council – informs the Ministry of Science. The inaugural meeting of the team was attended by Jarosław Gowin Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Higher Education, who invited the gathered students to join the work on the Constitution for Science.

The vice-presidents of the Council are Dr Justyna Możejko-Ciesielska from the University of Warmia and Mazury and Dr Diana Dajnowicz-Piesiecka from the University of Bialystok.

The Council of Young Scientists is an advisory body of the Minister of Science and Higher Education, which promotes solutions supporting the career development of young researchers in Poland. A member of the board must have significant academic achievements and be under 35 years of age.
