The European CHIST-ERA network has announced a new competition in the area of information and communication technologies. The launch is planned for October 2019.

Participants can submit applications for financing research projects in the following thematic areas: Explainable Machine Learning-based Artificial Intelligence; Novel Computational Approaches for Environmental Sustainability.

The detailed thematic scope of the competition will be specified during the CHIST-ERA 2019 Conference, which will be held on June 11-13, 2019 in Tallinn (Estonia). Participation in the event is free and open to all interested scientists.
