PhD student of the Silesian University of Technology becomes coordinator of EURODOC

Katarzyna Turoń, PhD student at the Faculty of Transport and representative of the board of the University Council of the PhD Student at the Silesian University of Technology became one of the coordinators of the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers (EURODOC). She will be responsible for issues related to scientific articles, scientific editorial and the organization’s newsletter.

This year’s elections were a huge success of the entire Polish delegation issued by the National Representation of Doctoral Students. Five Polish PhD students representing the Silesian University of Technology, the Krakow University of Technology, the Lodz University of Technology, the Rzeszów University of Technology and the University of Lower Silesia were elected to the new board and administration.

EURODOC is an international federation of 32 national associations of doctoral students and young scientists from European Union countries and the Council of Europe.
