On May 24, 2018, the Institute of Physics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin invites the participants to an open lecture by Prof. Zdzisław Musielak titled “Secrets of the Universe.”

The lecture will be an extraordinary opportunity to listen to stories about the beginnings and possibilities of the end of the universe, the role of dark matter and dark energy, black holes and the possibilities of life on planets orbiting the stars away from the Sun – informs Aneta Adamska, a spokesman for the Lublin university.

Professor Zdzisław Musielak is the author of numerous publications and the double winner of the Humboldt Prize. Since the 1980s, he has been working and teaching in the United States, recently running the Astronomy Department at the University of Texas. The scientist also works with NATO and NASA.

The lecture will take place on May 24 from 11:15 to 12:45 at the Aula of the Institute of Physics at ul. Akademicka 7 in Lublin.
