Scientist of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań won the EAAP award

Dr Marcin Pszczoła, assistant professor of the Department of Genetics and Fundamentals of Animal Breeding of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań became a laureate of the European Federation of Animal Science Young Scientists Award (EAAP).

EAAP (European Zootechnical Federation) is an international non-profit association of scientists, practitioners and representatives of governmental administration related to zootechnical sciences from almost all European and some Mediterranean countries.

Its purpose is to promote the improvement of animal production through the use of scientific achievements. The Federation Award is granted to outstanding young scientists (under 38 years of age) who have demonstrated significant achievements in scientific activities with a European dimension.
