Scientists from Toruń win the iENA 2018 prizes in Nuremberg

Inventions of scientists from the Nicolaus Copernicus University have won medals and special awards of the 70th International Fair “Ideas, Inventions, New Products iENA 2018” in Nuremberg.

They won the silver medal for “Method of obtaining hybrid carbon materials containing oligoheterocyclic compounds”, the bronze medals for “Intravascular stent with properties that accelerate healing of the implant site and reduce the occurrence of thrombosis” and “Preparation with adaptogenic effect based on extract from Eleutherococcus senticosus and method of preparation with an adaptogenic effect based on an Eleutherococcus senticosus extract.”

The special award of the Association of Inventors of Taiwan was received by the authors of the invention: “Method of obtaining a biological preparation of fungal origin accelerating the degradation of polymer materials and biological preparation”.
