Student at the University of Rzeszów wins the Diamond Grant of the Minister of Science and Higher Education

Bartłomiej Krzych, a second year MA student in Philosophy at the University of Rzeszów, received the prestigious Diamond Grant of the Minister of Science and Higher Education – informs Dr. Maciej Ulita, spokesman for the Rzeszów University.

The idea of the Diamond Grant is to support exceptionally gifted students or graduates conducting high-level scientific research, so as to give them the opportunity to shorten the career path of science. As part of the program, the additional funds are intended for financing research conducted by highly talented students or graduates.

Bartłomiej Krzych’s project “The philosophical and theological thought of Fr. Augustine Jakubisiak (1884-1945)”, was very highly rated by the Ministry and received funding PLN 180,000 and took 12th place out of 80 awarded projects. The scientific supervisor of the project is Krzysztof Bochenek, Prof. of University of Rzeszów.
