Students of PWR Racing Team of the Wrocław University of Technology are preparing to take part in the Student Formula competition in July in Hungary and Italy, and in August in Germany and the Czech Republic. The RTX car was designed and constructed with using the latest technologies.

The RTX supporting structure consists of a carbon fiber monocoque with an aluminum spacer and a steel frame. The car uses a two-link push-rod suspension with three shock arms in the T-bar system for the front axle. The vehicle weighs 190 kg – slightly more than the previous RT09 car.

The heart of the car is the Honda CBR 600RR engine with 85 hp and 63 Nm of torque, combined with the intake system designed by the students and titanium exhaust manifold. The U-bar stabilizer is mounted on the rear axle. The car is equipped with low profile 16-inch tires mounted on carbon fiber rims.
