Professor Robert Ciborowski, rector of the University of Bialystok (UwB) and Maciej Materka, head of the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) signed a cooperation agreement. It is supposed to concern didactic, scientific and publishing activities.

In accordance with the provisions contained in the document, cooperation will include joint ventures, whose main objective will be to raise awareness of the possibilities of protection against contemporary threats of the Polish state. It is primarily about the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of conducting educational activities and raising professional and scientific qualifications of the staff of both institutions.

The agreement provides for the possibility of conducting activities or trainings for the needs of the University of Life Sciences, organization of joint workshops or cooperation in the creation of study programs.
