Wroclaw University of Science and Science and Technology to cooperate with Missouri University of Science and Technology

The Wrocław University of Science and Technology will cooperate with the American Missouri University of Science and Technology. The agreement on cooperation in the field of scientific research and academic exchange has been signed by the rector of the University of Technology – Prof. Cezary Madryas and Vice-Rector of the American College, Dr Richard Wlezien.

The purpose of the contract is to support cooperation in the field of didactics and scientific research, and to increase the research activities of both universities. The integral part of university cooperation are exchange of students, employees and academic staff, joint research work, and co-organization of seminars and academic meetings. The agreement was concluded for seven years.

Missouri University of Science and Technology was founded in 1870. Currently, about 7,000 students study mainly STEM group (science, technology, engineering and math), including specialties related to space, mining and petroleum engineering.
