On 30 November 2023, a symposium will be held at the Staszic Palace in Warsaw to present the digital monograph ‘Panorama of Digital Literary Studies’. The presentation will take place on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Centre for Digital Humanities, which operates at the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN).
The jubilee programme will also include a poster session presenting projects by graduates of the PhD programme of the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology “Digital Humanities”.
The Centre for Digital Humanities of the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences has been coordinating activities related to the construction and use of infrastructure for literary and cultural research since 2013.
The Centre’s main areas of activity are: Literary Studies Digital Collections and Monographs, Academic Digital Editions using the TEI standard, Scholarly Communication Platforms, Literary Studies Databases and Digital Literary and Cultural Research.
