In 2019, the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow celebrates the 100th anniversary of the university. The Krakow academy has prepared many events to mark the jubilee.

The charity concert “Together for children – 100 years of AGH-UST” will be held on February 7. On April 8, an exhibition on the history of the founding of the Mining Academy will be opened. Exactly that day in 1919, the Council of Ministers of Poland adopted a resolution on the establishment of the Mining Academy in Krakow.

In May in the Silesian Beskid Mountains, the 100th AGH Anniversary the Stars Ride and the Brainstorm will take place to show the most interesting student projects awarded in contests.

From June 13 to 15, the 4th World Congress of Polish Engineers is planned, and on October 18-19 the Main Celebrations of the Jubilee and the World Congress of AGH UST Graduates will take place.
