The largest outdoor scientific event in Europe will take place on June 9, 2018 at the National Stadium in Warsaw. Polish Radio and the Copernicus Science Center are the organizers of the 22nd Science Picnic.

This year’s motto is “Movement”. As part of the event, the organizers prepared a few picnic programs: “World in motion: atom, planet, space”, “People in motion: society and transport”, “Machine in motion: manipulators, robots, vehicles”, “The body in motion”.
In addition, the Copernicus Tent will be established, in which visitors will be able to “explore the possibilities of human body and mind, look at the world from a cosmic perspective and feel the positive vibes”. Animators from the Copernicus Science Center will help to create and launch the rocket into space, and teach the secrets of engine construction. They also tell the participants how to construct the telescope.
