The National Center for Research and Development has started to accept applications for the 3rd competition under the e-Pionier program. The creators of research and development projects using information and communication technologies (ICT) will compete for funding in the amount of PLN 25 million.

The aim of the competition is to support talented programmers in implementing ideas that solve important social and economic problems. Thanks to the use of information and communication technologies, they have a chance to be a breakthrough in improving the quality of life of the whole society.

The e-Pionier competition is implemented in the pre-commercial procurement formula (PCP). This means that the contracting entity identifies a specific problem for which there is no solution available on the market. Employers may be public sector institutions and prosocial actors (foundations, associations, commercial entities).
Applications can be submitted from July 1 to August 30, 2019.
