At the University of Economics in Krakow, the 4th University Business Debate was held, during which the participants discussed subject of entrepreneurship and academic innovation as well as the model of cooperation between economic universities and employers.

– Further development of the economy is possible only through knowledge-based development, which is an element of employees’ qualifications and which brings technological and organizational progress through innovation – said Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Piotr Dardziński during the debate. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education undertakes legislative and program initiatives, aimed at bringing the world of science and business closer together – he added.

During the discussion, the Minister emphasized that the implemented by the government Strategy for Responsible Development as the basis for the competitiveness of the Polish economy is indicated by the development of innovative companies implementing permanent mechanisms of cooperation with the world of science.
