On May 30-31, the 5th National Conference of PhD Students on Life BioOpen 2019 will take place. This event is organized by PhD students of the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection of the University of Lodz. The event is addressed to PhD students, students and all young scientists who conduct research in the field of disciplines, referred to as life sciences.

This year’s BioOpen will cover issues including: biotechnology, biochemistry, biophysics, microbiology, medicine, nanotechnology, plant and human physiology, ecology, environmental protection and related sciences.

The conference topics were grouped into four thematic sessions: Microbiology and immunology, Molecular and medical biology, Biotechnology and genetic engineering, Ecology and environmental protection.
