The Medical University of Wroclaw will cooperate with Nokia. The signed agreement regulates the issues of cooperation in the field of teaching and research and development activities.

– Our university is open to cooperation with large partners, so we are very happy to cooperate with Nokia. I hope it will be a reason for cross-talk between students with interesting ideas and IT specialists with the knowledge necessary to implement them. It is an investment in young people, which is extremely important to me – said rector of the university, Prof. Piotr Ponikowski.

The basis for concluding the contract was the earlier, fruitful cooperation of Nokia and the Medical University at Cardiology Innovations Hackathon. The event, taking place as part of Cardiology Innovations Days, takes the form of a competition in which interdisciplinary teams compete in creating modern solutions for the care of people with heart failure.
