National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) with the deputy minister of science Prof. Wojciech Maksymowicz and deputy foreign minister Paweł Jabłoński, inaugurated the activities of two of its programs for foreigners: the Łukasiewicz Program and the Poland My First Choice Program.

The event was participated by more than 100 this year’s scholarship holders from sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe.
During the inauguration, participants listened to the lecture “Diving with robots – interdisciplinarity of modern science”, which was delivered by Dr Tomasz Łuczyński from the University of Heriot-Watt in Great Britain.

The scholarship holders had the opportunity to get to know each other, exchange their first experiences in Poland, talk to the Program coordinators and participate in the workshops.
