The State Higher Vocational School in Kalisz received the first ever grant of the National Science Center. The winner of the competition was Dr Izabela Rącka, who will conduct research on the similarity of generic real estate micro markets.

The application was submitted as part of the Miniatura 3 competition, which is dedicated to applications for the implementation of a single scientific activity, i.e. preliminary / pilot studies, queries, scientific internships, research trips or consultations trips. Funding for research is over 33 thousand PLN.

Dr Rącka is an assistant at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the State Higher Vocational School in Kalisz. Her scientific interests include the real estate market, spatial planning, revitalization and strategic management.
