The AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Krakow and the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) operating in the field of protection against internal threats to the defense of the State, signed a cooperation agreement on January 16. The concluded agreement will expand the education offer of the AGH with the course of Modern Technologies in Forensics.
Vice-Rector for cooperation of AGH Prof. Jerzy Lis, one of the signatories of the agreement, emphasizes that cooperation with the special service SKW will bring measurable benefits to the students of the Academy. Military Counterintelligence is also a natural and one of the more prestigious potential employers for our IT security engineers.
-I am very happy that the Military Counterintelligence Service has established cooperation with one of the best Polish technical universities. I hope that it will result in mutual exchange of experience in the field of conducting educational activity, but also in raising the professional and scientific qualifications of the staff of both institutions – said the Deputy Head of the SKW, Colonel Paweł Bojarski.
