Gdańsk University of Technology is inviting lecturers conducting classes for foreigners to participate in the multicultural competence development program “Tutoring for academic teachers”, implemented as part of the “Integrated Development Program of the Gdańsk University of Technology” co-financed from the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development.

The “Tutoring for academic teachers” program is addressed to lecturers, research and teaching staff as well as doctoral students conducting classes in both Polish and English. Its purpose is to develop intercultural competences of academic teachers in the field of teaching in groups with foreigners.

The whole process will take from 3 to about 6 months, depending on the individual needs of the participant. Meetings are held on average once a month. After passing all stages, the participant receives a certificate confirming participation in the program.
