Scientists from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań become Fullbright scholarship holders

Four researchers from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań received the Fulbright scholarship. Researchers will implement their research projects in the USA in the 2020-2021 academic year.

Fulbright Senior Award, enabling the implementation of a project lasting from 3 to 9 months, was won by Dr Paweł Korpal from the English department, Dr Aleksandra Lis from the Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology and Dr Anna Estera Mrozewicz from the Institute of Film, Media and Audiovisual Arts.

Also, the Fulbright Junior Research Award – research scholarships for doctoral students from Polish universities lasting from 6 to 9 months – was received by Karolina Wilczyńska from the history department.

The Fulbright Program is the largest scientific and cultural exchange program in the United States. For over 70 years, it has been supporting cooperation for the development of science, culture and interpersonal and interinstitutional relations between the USA and over 160 countries.
