76 academic teachers as well as science and art workers received professor nominations from the President Andrzej Duda. The ceremony took place on Wednesday, March 4, in the Presidential Palace.

-This is a beautiful moment, an amazing moment in the life of those people who decided to explore the world as their profession, discover the world, break down barriers, change the rules which is science – said President Duda.

Freshly nominated professors represent 46 scientific bodies. Most of them are parts of the Medical University of Warsaw (6), Medical University in Wrocław (4), Medical University of Lublin (4) and Jagiellonian University in Krakow (4).
