It is worth reminding that last Wednesday, after the meeting of the special coronavirus team appointed at the Ministry of Science, Deputy Minister of Science Wojciech Maksymowicz appealed for the availability of older medical students to voivodes or sanitary inspectors in connection with the coronavirus threat.

On Thursday, he sent a letter to the rectors of medical universities.

“In my opinion, medical students could support the activities of sanitary and epidemiological services in the combat against coronavirus, on a voluntary basis.” – wrote the minister.
