Polish Ministry of Science published a new regulation extending the restrictions on university activities until April 26, 2020.

In addition to extending the period of limitation of the university’s operations, the regulation allows the university organizations to adopt resolutions by means of electronic communication in all matters, not only those necessary for the current functioning of the university.

The requirement to conduct online classes still should be applied, regardless of whether it is provided for in the curriculum. This requirement is applied to universities and units providing education for doctoral students who have the opportunity to conduct distance classes. Checking the learning outcomes can be provided outside the university – using ICT technology.
