Scientific employees of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin have lent diagnostic equipment used in their laboratories to Szczecin hospitals and the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Szczecin.

Available equipment including epMotion automatic dosing station, two devices with Real-Time PCR coronavirus detection software and Eppendorf Centrifuge high-speed centrifuge were received by the Independent Public Provincial Combined Hospital, Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Szczecin and the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station.

Highly specialized equipment will allow increasing the throughput of laboratories by the simultaneous analysis of multiple samples for coronavirus by Real-Time devices. The equipment will speed up and significantly increase safety during RNA virus isolation thanks to the automatic epMotion pipetting station.
