The Faculty of Chemistry of the Warsaw University of Technology (PW) has become a member of the consortium, which will jointly conduct international doctoral studies in the field of developing battery technologies under DESTINY project. This is the first such project at PW.
20 universities, 12 research centers and national agencies and 8 companies from France, Spain, Great Britain, Denmark, Germany, Slovenia and Poland are involved in the DESTINY project. The project received funding from the European Union under the Horizon 2020 Program.
The goal of the initiative is to educate 50 doctors within five years, who are conducting research and technical knowledge and skills, and are ready to use them in the process of implementing developed solutions in the economy.
Currently, the partners of the DESTINY project are working out the issues for the project. The official start of the venture is scheduled for October 1, 2020.
