The Medical University of Wrocław has launched the Polish Medical Platform inсluding the university’s CRIS (Current Research Information System) system and repository. It will be the central system for recording and archiving the effects of research and teaching activities of employees and doctoral students.

In the initial phase, the profiles of researchers and their publications from 2013-2020 will be available for the scientists and students. After that, the platform will be supplemented with older publications and data related to the results of research and teaching activities.

The system was created as part of the project “Polish Medical Platform: portal for knowledge management and research potential”. At the end of January 2021, at least 67 thousand metadata describing publications, doctorates, research equipment, laboratories, projects, awards and distinctions as well as organized events; about a thousand profiles of research workers and nearly 1.5 thousand full-text documents will be available in the platform.
