JSW S.A. Capital Group (Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa) will support the development of practical skills of students of the University of Economics in Katowice. The mentoring project will be another initiative implemented by JSW S.A. and the Rybnik branch of the university.
Thanks to the cooperation, students who decide to conduct research on the basis of information published by the Company will be able to discuss emerging research problems with the mentors- employees appointed for this purpose.
– We have a very good and experienced staff and many of the employees are graduates of the University of Economics in Katowice. The years of work in our company have allowed them to consolidate their knowledge and acquire new, practical skills. Now these employees can become mentors for students writing their diploma theses – says Artur Wojtków, JSW’s deputy president for labor and social policy.
