The Senate of the University of Lodz (UŁ) decided to continue cooperation and conclude partnership agreements with three Chinese universities: Henan University, founded in 1912, as well as Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics from Henan Province and Cangzhou Technical College from Hebei Province.

The next step will be the official signing of contracts with Chinese universities and, depending on the epidemiological situation, recruiting students for exchange programs.

The cooperation is to focus on learning mobility within short and long-term projects. Chinese students will participate in summer schools organized by the University of Łódź. They will also have the opportunity to come for a semester exchange, and even study at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology. In turn, lecturers will be given the opportunity to conduct classes at partner universities in China.
