The University of Economics in Katowice took the third place in Poland in the ranking of the “Forbes” magazine – “Poland’s Best Employers 2021” in the industry ranking “higher education and science” and the 43rd place in the country in the full ranking.
The content partner of the ranking is Statista, a company that contributes to the most famous “Best Employers” rankings in the world. The list of the 300 Best Polish Employers was developed on the basis of a questionnaire, available as part of online research panels and on the website forbes.pl. The questionnaire was completed by a total of over 10 thousand employees.
The jury assessed readiness of employees to recommend an employer and willingness of employees to recommend other employers from the industry in which the respondents were currently employed. In addition, respondents assessed their employers in terms of remuneration, working time, opportunities for promotion and development, conditions and equipment for working in the office and remote work.
