The University of Zielona Góra will cooperate with the Municipal Social Welfare Center (MOPS) in Zielona Góra. The contract includes activities to increase the level of education and training of students and academic staff in the modern prevention and preventive activities for students who are in a difficult life situation.

The contract was signed by Prof.  Wojciech Strzyżewski, rector of the university, and Renata Mach, director of MOPS. The signatories are planning joint organization of conferences, trainings, courses and workshops in the field of modern prevention, conducting preventive campaigns for students at the university.

The agreement also provides for exchanging data on preventive tasks carried out by MOPS for scientific research conducted by scientific staff and students, and the implementation of joint preventive projects of MOPS with the participation of university staff and students in the city.
