The University of Wrocław is implementing the project “Workflow to develop digital publications at universities” co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund. The university is working on the Virtual Transcription Laboratory, integrated with the Scientific Research Aggregator and the Repository of the University of Wrocław.

Three integrated digital tools will create the Researcher’s Virtual Workshop. Scientists will be able to independently prepare digital publications for online presentations and conduct classes using source materials, publish their achievements and make them available to readers in Poland and around the world.

After the end of the project, scientists of the University of Wrocław will be able to convert the digital image of a scientific publication (scan) into digital text, and then, of course, to publish it, increase its visibility on the Internet, and thus also the citation rate.
