The Branch of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) in Stalowa Wola has launched a new course in Family Studies. Applications can be sent until the last available place.

Study in Family Studies is interdisciplinary in nature. It includes issues of marriage and family in the contemporary world taking into account the philosophical, psychological, sociological, legal and theological aspects.

The studies prepare to work as a family assistant, family foster care coordinator, assistant of a dependent person, counselor in marriage & family counseling centers. Graduates can also work in education, in care and education centers, in social welfare offices or in social prevention institutions.

Apart from lectures, seminars and exercises, students will benefit from internships organized by secular and church family support institutions. In addition, they will undergo apprenticeships related to the specialization chosen by a student (family foster care coordinator or assistant of a dependent person).
