On September 20-24, 2021, in Cedzyn near Kielce, the Kielce University of Technology is organizing the 40th Jubilee Seminar of Patent Attorneys for Universities. 

Patent attorneys, employees of the University dealing with the subject of invention and technology transfer, as well as employees conducting classes for students in the field of intellectual property, as well as lawyers are invited to participate in this event.

The program of the Seminar includes the issues of legislative changes regarding the procedures for the protection of inventions and utility models and other industrial property objects, as well as guidelines issued by the President of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, resulted from the adaptation of national law to regulations and practice European and EU and international systems.

These changes are important for the development of Polish science and the economy. Individual issues will be presented by a group of prominent representatives of the scientific community, experts of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, as well as judiciary representatives – the presidents of specialized Divisions of the Intellectual Property Courts.
