The Daniel Fahrenheit Union of Universities in Gdańsk, established by the Medical University of Gdańsk, Gdańsk University of Technology and the University of Gdańsk, began cooperation with the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway SA (PKM) on the PKM South project.
The agreement provides for the cooperation of the Association with PKM in the development of analyzes, expert opinions and opinions for the implementation of the project “Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway Stage II: Development of transport infrastructure in the southern part of the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area, in connection with the regional railway network of the Pomeranian Voivodeship” (PKM South) and projects constituting a continuation of this undertaking.
The main areas of cooperation include giving opinions on solutions in shaping public space, indicating innovative engineering solutions, carrying out scientific research and development works, and supporting the process of preparing a project in terms of sustainable development.
