The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Biopolymers and Chemical Fibers has signed a letter of intent on cooperation with the Institute of Horticulture – Polish Research Institute. 

Cooperation between research units will concern joint scientific and experimental research in the fields of engineering and technical sciences and life sciences; exchange of scientific and technical information for jointly solving existing problems; scientific publications in journals as well as the organization of joint conferences.

The Institute of Horticulture is a research institute established on January 1, 2011 under the regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development by combining two research and development units with a long tradition and rich research and implementation achievements: the Szczepan Pieniążek Institute of Horticulture and Floriculture and the Emil Chroboczek Vegetable Research Institute.
