The International Project Management Association Polska has awarded best diploma theses in the field of project management under the Project Master 2021 competition.

In the bachelor’s thesis category, the first prize was won by Katarzyna Baumgart from the University of Szczecin for the thesis “The role of soft skills of the project manager and members of the project team in the light of own research”.

The winner in the master’s thesis category was Magdalena Dąbrowska from the Warsaw University of Technology for her thesis “Assessment of the impact of selected construction parameters on delays in implementation, using machine learning”.

Karolina Czerniak-Łosiewicz from the Warsaw School of Economics, the author of the work “Challenges in managing a research project in the field of exact sciences: the current state of affairs and proposals for improvement”, won the postgraduate thesis category.
